Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports training at the age of fourteen. Following her training in kickboxing, boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she began her professional debut with Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd had an amazing three-fight winning streak in Ultimate Reno Combat. In all three, she finished her opponent within the first round. Ladd returned to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen won against Silvia Babaeghian Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 before taking on Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia beat Aspen to beat her a unanimous decision, putting the mark of a loss on Aspen's records as an amateur. Ladd defeated Roma Pawelek on Tuff n' Uff and improved her amateur record from 8-1 to 8-1. Aspen was a professional when she entered the ranks in 2015. She joined Invicta FC and made her debut. At InvictaFC 11, she had her debut professional fight. She dominated Ana Carolina Vidal, securing the 1st-round TKO. Invicta took on her in the Bantamweight division and was victorious via submission armbar during the second round. Aspen employed the strong skills she had learned in wrestling to beat McGill. Aspen ended her fight via the TKO (3rd round) (elbows and punches). Aspen was then matched against Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. She fought Hoy in an opponent with a catchweight (138.1lb) because Ladd was not able to make weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy and was able to knock her out in the second round by TKO. Her final fight with Promotion, she beat Sijara Eubanks in a an unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd competed in her UFC debut against Lina Ladsberg. She was a step ahead of Lina and pounded her with a ground-and-pound to pick up a second-round TKO victory. Her next fight, against Tonya Evinger in UFC 229, her victory was even more impressive. Ladd was able to defeat Evinger in the very first round and was awarded a prize for her performance during the night. She fought her first big fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. The two fighters had an intense fight which Ladd won by unanimous decision. The two fighters each received an award called the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd in 16-seconds to break her losing streak. in the 3rd round on UFC on ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. In her place she took on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. She lost the fight via unanimous decision.
